The end of 2022 is the end of my second term as the ILRS Governing Board (GB) Chair. It has been a great pleasure and honour to work with the worldwide colleagues in the field of SLR/LLR and space geodesy. Stephen Merkowitz of NASA is taking the new GB Chair position from 1 January 2023. I am sure that Stephen will nicely lead the community and that a lot of excitement comes from SLR and LLR (and I´d love to be a part of it). Arigatou Gozaimashita.
