Subject:[SLR-Mail] No.2801: Lack of Etalon-2 data
Author:unknown
Content:Dear Station Colleagues,

We are having a famine of Etalon-2 data.
In the past few weeks, we have received almost no data.
Over the past couple of months, tracking of the two Etalon satellites, and especially Etalon-2, has dwindled. We are reaching now the point that the analysis centers have to manually intervene, because they are at the point that they do not have enough ranges to fit even the minimum number of unknowns for the 7-day arc.

We ask that the stations make an effort to track a little more frequently these two satellites, trying to acquire at least 12 normal points per week on each of the Etalon Satellites, if they can.
Remember that the Etalon satellites are part of our solutions to the ITRF.

We appreciate whatever effort you can make.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Regards,
Mike and Claudia.
