Content:Dear colleagues,
Each year, the GGOS Executive Committee organises the GGOS Days to update the IAG and GGOS communities on recent achievements and
current challenges faced by the various colleagues involved in achieving the goals of the GGOS Strategic Plan. On this occasion,
thanks to the kind invitation of the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences, the GGOS Days 2024 will be
held as a hybrid meeting at the Wissenschaftsetage im Bildungsforum in Potsdam, Germany, on 10-11 October, see
www.ggos.org/event/ggos-days-2024/. The GGOS Days 2024 meeting is open to everyone and
will take place in person and online. Please register at

The GGOS Days 2024 meeting will cover:
* Updates on global geodetic infrastructure
* Status of novel satellite missions relevant to Geodesy
* Optimisation of geodetic infrastructure
* Updates from the IAG Services
* Standardisation, integration, and optimisation of geodetic products
* Essential Geodetic Variables
* Review of requirements and standards for geodetic products
* Management and dissemination of geodetic data and products
* Networking with external stakeholders
* Communication and public outreach
* Enhancement of geodetic collaboration at regional level
* Advances of the GGOS Focus Areas: Geodesic Space Weather Research, Artificial Intelligence for Geodesy, Geohazards
Monitoring

In the three days (7-9 October) before the GGOS Days 2024, the GGOS Topical Meeting on the Atmosphere will be held in the same
venue. This meeting will provide an opportunity for all IAG components involved in atmospheric analysis to interact with each other
and with colleagues from the International Association of Geomagnetism and Aeronomy (IAGA) to share their results and identify new
challenges in this important field. Participants of the GGOS Days 2024 are also welcome to attend the GGOS Topical Meeting, more
