Subject: HOLLAS (7210) Epoch Corrections

Beginning in June 1999, HOLLAS (Station 7210) was experiencing excessive
drift rates with their cesium. Their cesium failed totally on 5 August
1999.

A new clock is being shipped to them as soon as possible. HOLLAS is
expected to return to operations (with their new clock) on or before
13 August 1999.

Below are the HOLLAS (station 7210) epoch corrections for the period
02 Jun 1999 through 04 August 1999, inclusive. The station regrets
any inconvenience this may have caused.

Note: To correct the epoch time bias subtract the correction from the
NP timetags (i.e. NP timetag - correction)

Date Time bias correction

02-Jun-1999 -0.6 microseconds
03-Jun-1999 -0.5 microseconds
