Subject: GLONASS 70 Replacement in ILRS Tracking Priorities
for ; Thu, 21 Oct 1999 09:27:06 -0400 (EDT)

Because of the failure of the GLONASS 70 satellite, the IGEX Project has
requested that we track GLONASS 80 instead. Werner Gurtner has provided the
following information on satellite ID´s.

Western Russian Cosmos Cospar SIC Norad Freq Slot

80 779 2364 1998-077A 9807701 9080 25593 2 1 (IGEX)

Glonass 80 will simply replace GLONASS 70 in the ILRS Tracking Priorities
list. Source of tracking predicts remains the same.
