Degnan Subject: Amended ILRS Terms of Reference for Subsequent to a presentation on proposed revisions to the ILRS Terms of Reference (TOR) at the ILRS Third General Assembly in Florence, Italy, I incorporated some suggested changes and emailed the proposed text to all ILRS Associates of record via SLRmail. No negative comments were received from the members, and the Governing Board has now approved the revised TOR by a greater than 2/3 majority vote.
