Both of these procedures are now on-line at can be found at http://ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/sod.html and http://ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/domes_and_domex.html , respectively. So as a reminder, if you are developing a new system (e.g. SLR2000 prototype) or if you are moving an existing system to a new location (e.g., MLRO), you need to do the following: 1. Request a SOD from Carey Noll at the CDDIS. 2. And if your station is occupying a new monument that has not been previously occupied, then you need to request a DOMES number from the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS). Van S.
