| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2000-03-09 09:02:00 UTC Message No. 564 ******************************************************************************** Author: Mike Pearlman Subject: Continuation of Be-C Tracking Dear Colleague: The ILRS Governing Board has approved a request by Dr. Minkang Cheng from the University of Texas for a continuation of SLR tracking on Be- C. Dr. Cheng requested that the campaign be continued for a year to better determine the geophysical time series which is important for the GRACE and ICESAT missions. His request is included below. In the light of the upcoming missions that will be added to the SLR roster over the next year, the Board has approved an extension through 31 October 2000 and will review the requirements again at the ILRS meeting in Matera in October. Please provide all of the support that you can for this important campaign.
