FALSE ALARM!

Sorry! There were NO sudden orbit changes for Ajisai, Starlette
and Stella at MJD 51622.10! Although the time bias functions
showed disconcertingly similar discontinuities which I could not
explain otherwise, in my panic I failed to spot the fact that all
the discrepant points were from one station! Later in the night
it became clear that data from other stations all conformed to
the `old´ TBFs. Apologies for the excitement - Sunday afternoons
are not my best time for clear thinking! It also seems that there
has been no unusual solar activity - and I really thought that I
had found something interesting.....

Regards
Roger Wood
