Subject: Top Tracking Priority for Champ

Now that CHAMP has been successfully launched, all ILRS stations are
reminded that CHAMP will have the top tracking priority at least until such
time as the onboard GPS system is calibrated and declared fully
operational. This priority is consistent with the treatment of past new
missions and with the CHAMP Laser Tracking Plan. You will be notified of
any change in tracking status in a future email.

Sincerely,

John
