CRL observe ADEOS sun lit in the guiding camera about 16 seconds! time bias. NORAD elements show there is a big change in orbit. Revised IRV using latest NORAD elements are attached. NASDA announced that ADEOS is almost dead last night. The present goal is to identify the final orbit in which SLR could do anything. I would ask again all of SLR stations who is possible to range ADEOS and to send QLNP to ´ris@crl.go.jp´ in order to get as much information as about ADEOS orbit and orientation in this week. Visual guide tracking is obviously needed. Thank you very much.
