Greetings! I am pleased to report that the UK network is up again after a repair to a vital cable in London. We are dealing with the floods of mail that have arrived! If you have sent a message expecting a reply and do not get one in a day or two, please send it again. We have recomputed Time Bias Functions and IRVs for GPS and GLONASS (based on the CODE orbits) and sent them out to the normal destinations. We have also submitted all our normal points from Herstmonceux observations made over the break. Apologies for the delays and the break in service.
