The pertinent information: Name: GLONASS-88 COSPAR number: 0105301 SIC number: 9088 NORAD number: 26987 COSMOS number: 2382 GLONASS number: 711 Altitude: 19,110 km Inclination: 64.8 deg Eccentricity: ~0.0 Npt Bin Size: 5 mins New acquisition data will be available shortly.
