Station position from ITRF96 (IERS)

The nominal editing criteria are summarized below:
Residuals above 10 cm are rejected right away (the residual maxmum is 10 cm).
Passes with range bias above 10 cm are rejected (labeled DEL).
Passes with time bias above 0.1ms are rejected (labeled DEL).
