Subject: crl bias report: new models

Dear colleagues,

We are changing a few models in the orbit analysis for
the weekly bias report from CRL:

SSC: ITRF97 to ITRF2000
Gravity Field: EGM96 to GRIM5-S1
GM: 3.986004418e+14 to ..4415e+14

These are fixed parameter in the analysis. These new
models will be used from the today´s report distributed
via SLReport. The new SSC and the gravity model were found
to slightly improve the fit and reduce the residuals.

If you carefully look at the range and time biases for a long
period, you would probably find discontinuity for some
stations.

Best Regards,
Toshi
